I wanted a new chiar to have original condition as it's found. That is the reason why I wanted the broken joints to be shown.

Also, I wanted to distinctively differentiate original fragments from new wood blocks therefore they are easily recongnizable.

I wanted both original fragments and new wood blocks to be visually stood out together and harmounious with each other at the same time.
